In early 2023, Laurel Melina joined the Entertainment Central Productions Family as the Newest Alto in Sing It! which is performed at Universal Studios Orlando Daily

Recipient of the 2017 Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival  (KCACTF) National Award for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Musical for her portrayal of Paradice in West Texas A&M's production of Brooklyn the Musical.

In 2018, Laurel got to travel to The Kennedy Center and SPend a Week Studying under and performing with professionals in the D.C. Area.
